How it all started:
Back in January Dan & I were just hanging out in our living room after our usual workday.. We were dreaming up our next vacation. Wishing we could take them more frequently and better yet-stay there! The fantastic thing about the nursing and computer industry--they are both fairly easy to take on just about anywhere you want to go. It sounded a little crazy and a little far fetched since we had just bought our very first home in a little town we have both come to love & enjoy...but we decided we aren't getting any younger and life slowing down. After pursuing it a little deeper, things started to roll quickly and before we knew it I had landed a 3 month travel position in Seattle, and we had rented out our home.
Seattle turned into 6 months...and it has definitely been a great transition for us to getting accustomed to the travel life. This summer we have been able to enjoy time with friends & family and soak up time in our home state. Now we are ready to head East...wayyy East.
Washington DC here we come!
